Welcome to Prana Mama, a transformative 3-month program designed to support mamas-to-be through every step of their journey.

This program is the culmination of years of dedication, including two intensive apprenticeships with my primary teachers, ongoing education, and my experience as a birth doula.

Prana Mama is more than just a program.

Mindset- Nurturing a positive and empowering mindset to navigate pregnancy, childbirth, and motherhood with grace.

Movement- Embracing movement practices that support the body and prepare it for childbirth while promoting overall well-being.

Meditation- Cultivating mindfulness and meditation techniques to find calm, peace, and inner strength throughout the journey.

Childbirth Education- Providing comprehensive education and resources to empower mothers to make informed decisions and advocate for their birth preferences.

Preparation for Baby- Offering guidance and support for setting up a nurturing environment for both mom and baby, ensuring a smooth transition into motherhood.

Mentorship- Providing personalized mentorship and community support from experienced professionals and fellow mamas.
